Hi,

Sorry for a probably stupid question - this is all too new for me:

Does the absence of a patch against kernel 2.6.14 in the download 
section mean that the patch is already in the kernel or that this kernel 
is not supported?

2.6.14 ships with a very recent version of ACPI and there is no
official patch of the latest code for that kernel. if you are interested
in backporting, the power of git is at your fingertips...
