[PATCH] mm: swap prefetch sched batch

[PATCH] mm: swap prefetch sched batch

[Con Kolivas]

kprefetchd is a latency insensitive ultra low priority task. Set it to
SCHED_BATCH to obtain the benefit of this scheduling policy hint.
