Go to http://linux.omap.com , follow the "Downloads" link, look for your
target and follow the links for same.

Oops, sorry, it looks like the only toolchain available there is
tagged as obsoleted:

http://linux.omap.com/pub/toolchain/obsolete-gcc-3.3.2.tar.bz2


There are many freely available, prebuilt and up to date toolchains
available, e.g.:

http://www.codesourcery.com/gnu_toolchains/arm/download.html

There are so many options I can't tell which is good for me.
openembedded.org, scratchbox, handheld, ... Sigh.
But this codesourcery does seem promising.
