[DCCP][TFRC_CCIDS] Fix name schema for tx-rx sock struct

Besides the dccp/ccids directory files, this patch also fixes the name schema for include/linux/tfrc.h.

Signed-off-by: Leandro Melo de Sales <leandro@embedded.ufcg.edu.br>

--------------------> Patch v2 <-------------------------

The first version of this patch doest apply properly in the current ccid4 branch. This new version it is ok.

| The first version of this patch doest apply properly in the current ccid4 branch. This new version it is ok.
|
I don't know what happened but unfortunately this patch does not apply,
since below an existing file (include/linux/tfrc.h) is created.

Which is a pity -- I fully agree with the naming scheme, since IMO we
don't need to repeat identifiers in field names. I think that this
is a helpful patch - the only suggestion is to change `x_x' to simply
`x'.

Hi Leandro,

can you please re-send the patches from before Christmas and try a new
clone first? I have just switched the git-server back on again, today is
the first day we have electricity back. That is,

    git://eden-feed.erg.abdn.ac.uk/dccp_exp	{dccp,ccid4}

is up again; the CCID4 patches are exactly as before Christmas.

Gerrit
