Hi,

I'm trying to set up an ARM cross-toolchain *without* bitbake or openembedded. 
But, so far, every how-to, wiki or tutorial I've tried to follow results in a 
build error (usually glibc or gcc).

Can you recommend a book or a site that has some useful instructions/tips.
