I made a small script probably not a very good one but it works, It
compiles the kernel over and over again,
It uses randconfig (logs the config file), then make (logs the
output), then make mrproper, then repeat. I added the ARCH=um to the
end of all the make commands and also added a "make defconfig ARCH=um"
before the randconfig. The results I got were a bunch of build errors
on a few compiles. Attached is a folder with the results, each of the
sub-folders is a separate build and it contains the config file and
the make.log. I only included the builds that gave error as part of
this email. If I did these builds wrong then do let me know what I can
do to fix them and re-run them so that I can provide some useful
information in the future. Also I was unsure whether or not the
archived form of this folder was going to be accepted through the
mailing list, so if you need one sent to you directly or theres
another way to send this info let me know.

There's not a lot of point to tarring up 17 logs when there are only
four distinct failures. Two of them were due to you not having pcap
or VDE installed on the host.

The next most common one looks like SMP getting turned on somehow.

There's one with some undefined symbols at the very end, which I have
never seen before.

I am glad I could help with this even though the rest of the logs were
pretty much useless. Any suggestions on what I can do to actually do
this correctly would be greatly apreciated.
