The patch titled
mm: implement remap_pfn_range with apply_to_page_range
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
mm-implement-remap_pfn_range-with-apply_to_page_range.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

Subject: mm: implement remap_pfn_range with apply_to_page_range
From: Jeremy Fitzhardinge <jeremy@goop.org>
remap_pte_range() just wants to apply a function over a range of ptes
corresponding to a virtual address range. That's exactly what
apply_to_page_range() does, so use it.
