OK, but for now I'll close the bug as unreproducible.

The "echo NMAC > /proc/acpi/wakeup" thing shouldn't be necessary if you do
"ethtool -s eth0 wol g".

The "echo NMAC > /proc/acpi/wakeup" thing shouldn't be necessary if you do
"ethtool -s eth0 wol g".
