All we need to take care of is using proper RCU list
add/del primitives and inserting a synchronize_rcu()
at one place to make sure the exit notifiers are run
after everybody has stopped iterating the list.

All we need to take care of is using proper RCU list
add/del primitives and inserting a synchronize_rcu()
