[PATCH 0/4] Build fixes for omap

Hi all,

Here are build fixes for omaps and a suspend fix for omap3.
There's one more build fix coming from the linux-usb list for
H2 transceiver.

Planning to send these today before starting to look into
the other pending fixes.
