This was not a bug, since b_io is empty for kupdate writeback.
The next patch will do requeue_io() for non-kupdate writeback,
so let's fix it.

This was not a bug, since b_io is empty for kupdate writeback.
The next patch will do requeue_io() for non-kupdate writeback,
so let's fix it.
