Hi ath9k developers,
I'm, experiencing some strange behaviors with an AR9271 powered
wireless interface (TP_LINK TL-WN722N).
We use that dongle on an embedded ompa3530 powered device (beagleboard)
to provvide wireless connectivity.
We have switched to kernel 2.6.35 in last days, for being able to use
ath9k_htc kernel module, that was not present in kernel release we were
using before (2.6.29).
Our board runs a web server (lightttpd), and everything works fine,
until clients connecting to web server are linux boxes.
It seems that for windows machines there is a 'maximum number of
displayable lines' that make those clients unable to access web pages
or to view long logs, while shorter files are displayed correctly.
As said, files are both web-pages or logs inspected using ssh
connection, so the problem is not lighttpd related.
Yes, it seems really strange to me that such an 'high level of
abstraction' problem could be anyway related to a device driver, but
switching to older rt73 ralink dongles we were using before makes all
these problems disappear immediately, so i thought maybe it worth
asking you all if someone ever experienced same problems..
Thanks a lot..
j
