No, I forgot to delete the file and did email *..

ok - so I guess I'll wait for that and then send the S3-S4 using ASYNC
for the FLUSH_SURFACES patch separately. (I guess I'll call it FLUSH_SURFACES_ASYNC
and FLUSH_RELEASE_ASYNC? or just the former ASYNC?
