AFAIU it is because rcu_read_unlock doesn't force any memory barrier
and we synchronize only the updater (with synchronize_rcu), so nothing
guarantees that the value set on CPUA is visible to CPUB.

AFAIU it is because rcu_read_unlock doesn't force any memory barrier
and we synchronize only the updater (with synchronize_rcu), so nothing
