Just tested it; it's safe to zap the Hexagon definition of
atomic_inc_not_zero()...  I'm fine with this going in through some
other tree (still getting mine set up).

Just tested it; it's safe to zap the Hexagon definition of
atomic_inc_not_zero()...  I'm fine with this going in through some
