Yes, because SFD_SHARED/PRIVATE will add even more complications into this
code. And outside of signalfd.c too. And nobody except c/r will ever use
these features I guess.

Yes, because SFD_SHARED/PRIVATE will add even more complications into this
code. And outside of signalfd.c too. And nobody except c/r will ever use
these features I guess.
