Hi,

there is a project to develop an open source user-space driver for the
Vivante GCxxx series of embedded GPUs :
https://github.com/laanwj/etna_viv

Not yet tested here but seems interesting to keep an eye on it.

Yes. And an initial layer with support for it already exists:

I didn't try it yet.
