I agree that we should do mmap() on all non-partial pages and do read()
on all partial pages. Otherwise we lose the benefit of faster speed of
mmap().

I agree that we should do mmap() on all non-partial pages and do read()
on all partial pages. Otherwise we lose the benefit of faster speed of
mmap().
