It seems that you've removed one directory level, when moving it, so it wasn't included
in BBFILES mask

BBFILES += "${LAYERDIR}/recipes-*/*/*.bb ${LAYERDIR}/recipes-*/*/*.bbappend"

So this patch is needed and queued in master-next.
