Okay, when the SMMU can always generate cachable transactions it is
surely fine to return true here. I'll change that before I add the
patches to my tree.

Okay, when the SMMU can always generate cachable transactions it is
surely fine to return true here. I'll change that before I add the
patches to my tree.
