Thanks. device.h includes pinctrl/devinfo.h which includes
pinctrl/consumer.h iff CONFIG_PINCTRL is enabled. So, seems my
build-system didn't pick allyesconfig but another config with PINCTRL
disabled. Will fix the st driver now, thanks for reporting!
