subtest enumeration must not depend upon the hw you run this on. I know
this is a bit awkward, but the general approach we use in igt if you have
1 testcase and multiple things to run on is

igt_subtest("seek-too-far") {
	for_each_aux {
		/* ... */
	}
}

The idea is that you can run $testcase_binary --list subtests on a system
without a gpu and as non-root, and it will give you the full list of
testcase without crashing. Hence also why anything looking at the
system/hw must be in igt_fixture blocks.
