[Announce] CRIU 2.0 release

Hello everyone!

We did it :) The criu-2 is out with all the code reshuffle, nice features and
bugfixes we've done.

Lot's of thanks goes to Cyrill Gorcunov who did the heavy lifting in tossing 
the bits around and to Tycho, Laurent, Christoper and Dmitry who provided
feedback about and fixes to the new build system! Thanks guys!

The sources are at https://github.com/xemul/criu/releases/tag/v2.0

And, to remind and sum up what has been discussed recently: from now on we
switch to the two-branches scheme so all the new stuff will go to the devel
branch that will appear on the github within several days, the master branch
becomes stable and gets released once every month. Dates of the release will
be chosen some day soon too.
