It should be resolved ASAP.

This wrong/outdated info is in every staging/lustre file.

Yes, I'll do the "Contact sun Microsystems" removal patch right away.
That one we really need to do.

As for trademark/copyright changing, it's kind of a never-ending chase, I suspect.

I know what it means, but again, only the copyright holders can do this,
which I'm guessing you aren't, so it doesn't really matter, as they are
the only ones that care about this.

No one ever sent me such a patch, so I guess they don't care :(
