A hack patch : 0001-playbin-HACK-Change-default-value-of-flags.patch
needs to be added for low fps issue with playbin. Hence adding append file.

+The deinterlace flag in playbin is causing
+high cpu load which in turn lowers fps of the playback.
+The behavior is not yet rootcaused. This is a workaround.

Hacks should not be added to meta-arago-extras. Use meta-arago-distro instead.

^^ This is a patch for gstreamer source code, hence morty doesn't even apply. 
Still missing [PATCH] though.
