Subject: [PATCH v2] ASoC: pcm512x-spi: add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION/AUTHOR/LICENSE
Date: Sun, 19 Nov 2017 23:45:49 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20171120074550.67067-1-jc@linux.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20171120060517.7083-1-jc@linux.com>
This change resolves a new compile-time warning
when built as a loadable module:
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in sound/soc/codecs/snd-soc-pcm512x-spi.o
see include/linux/module.h for more information
This adds the license as "GPL v2", which matches the header of the file.
MODULE_DESCRIPTION and MODULE_AUTHOR are also added.
