Hummm, wondering how LTP sched tests could trigger this, since a quick
grep into ltp didn't show DEADLINE usage.
However, I'm currently thinking that we should update clock before
potentially calling sub_running_bw (which might trigger schedutil
update) in inactive_task_timer.
Would what follows cure it?

Hummm, wondering how LTP sched tests could trigger this, since a quick
grep into ltp didn't show DEADLINE usage.
However, I'm currently thinking that we should update clock before
potentially calling sub_running_bw (which might trigger schedutil
update) in inactive_task_timer.
Would what follows cure it?
