There's still a definition of __FS_HAS_ENCRYPTION in
fs/crypto/fscrypt_private.h.  This patch removes everything that checks
__FS_HAS_ENCRYPTION, so that should be removed too.

There's still a definition of __FS_HAS_ENCRYPTION in
fs/crypto/fscrypt_private.h.  This patch removes everything that checks
__FS_HAS_ENCRYPTION, so that should be removed too.
