Commit  07115449919383548d094ff83cc27bd08639a8a1 is on Linux-Next and
this fixes an issue on 4.19.y which fixes an issue where changing for
image size fails.

Can you please apply this patch to 4.19.y?

We can not do anything until a patch is in Linus's tree.  Please see:

Please apply 071154499193 ("media: ov5640: Fix set format regression")
to 4.19.y.

The set_fmt operations updates the sensor format only when the image
format is changed and this patch fixes it.
