[virtio-dev] [PATCH] virtio: support VIRTIO_F_ORDER_PLATFORM

This patch introduces the support for VIRTIO_F_ORDER_PLATFORM.
When this feature is negotiated, driver will use the barriers
suitable for hardware devices.
