This patch was superseded by an upstream change:

	    treewide: Replace GPLv2 boilerplate/reference with SPDX - rule 152

There's one little difference: your patch is using:

	// SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-2.0+

While upstream opted for:

	// SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-2.0-or-later

Both are equivalent. So, I dropped this patch.
