Hmm... adding a toctree at the end doesn't seem the best thing to do.
Adding it at the beginning (just after the title) would be a little
better, but IMHO, moving the kernel-doc markups to another file
would make it to look better.

Hmm... adding a toctree at the end doesn't seem the best thing to do.
Adding it at the beginning (just after the title) would be a little
better, but IMHO, moving the kernel-doc markups to another file
would make it to look better.
The remaining patch looks ok on my eyes.
