The Rockchip host bridge driver doesn't need to store outboard resources
in its private struct as they are already stored in struct
pci_host_bridge.

The Rockchip host bridge driver doesn't need to store outboard resources
in its private struct as they are already stored in struct
pci_host_bridge.
