Fix some trivial warnings when building with -O3.

v2:
- addressed Thomas and Aleksandar comments
- dropped 'hw/scsi/megasas: Silent GCC9 duplicated-cond warning'
- dropped 'qemu-io-cmds: Silent GCC9 format-overflow warning'
