This adds the missing properties to the PWR LED for the RPi 3 & 4 boards,
which are already set for the other boards. Without them we will lose
the LED state after suspend.

This adds the missing properties to the PWR LED for the RPi 3 & 4 boards,
which are already set for the other boards. Without them we will lose
