Remove the regulators node entirely because its children do not have any
unit addresses.  This fixes DTC warning:

    Warning (simple_bus_reg): /regulators/regulator-0: missing or empty reg/ranges property

Remove the regulators node entirely because its children do not have any
unit addresses.  This fixes DTC warning:
