Yep, agree. The fact I had to look at this code for about 10 minutes to
convince myself it was safe isn't good. Much better to have it covered
by ce->guc_state.lock. Will fix.

Yep, agree. The fact I had to look at this code for about 10 minutes to
convince myself it was safe isn't good. Much better to have it covered
by ce->guc_state.lock. Will fix.
