This series removes some code that is valid only for other chips
than RTL8188EU and is not used in the driver.

IC Type is always 8188E. Therefore, the test
"if (!IS_92C_SERIAL(pHalData->VersionID))" in
Hal_MPT_CCKTxPowerAdjustbyIndex() is always true and the function
does nothing, remove it.

The local variable rfPath in Hal_SetAntennaPathPower() and
Hal_SetTxPower() is set but not used. Remove the variable
and related code.
