The patch titled
Subject: mm/hugetlb: use helper macro __ATTR_RW
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-hugetlb-use-helper-macro-__attr_rw.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
