A recent change renamed CTR_DMINLINE_SHIFT to CTR_EL0_DminLine_SHIFT but
didn't fully update CTR_CACHE_MINLINE_MASK. As CTR_CACHE_MINLINE_MASK is
not used anywhere anyway, just remove it.
