The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove lookup_swap_cache()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-lookup_swap_cache.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

All callers have now been converted to swap_cache_get_folio(), so we can
remove this wrapper.
