The quilt patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-netfs-fscache-stop-read-optimisation-when-folio-removed-from-pagecache-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-netfs-fscache-stop-read-optimisation-when-folio-removed-from-pagecache.patch
