The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/huge_memory: use RMAP_NONE when calling page_add_anon_rmap()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-huge_memory-use-rmap_none-when-calling-page_add_anon_rmap.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

It's more convenient and readable to use RMAP_NONE instead of false when
calling page_add_anon_rmap().  No functional change intended.
