The quilt patch titled
     Subject: crash_core.c: remove unneeded functions
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     crash_corec-remove-unneeded-functions.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

So far, nobody calls functions parse_crashkernel_high() and
parse_crashkernel_low(), remove both of them.
