This commit adds following devices to the device tree.
- GPIO pin assignements, GPIO expansion devices
- LED brinker devices
- Fan controllers
Tested:
This board is tested using the simics simulator.

This commit adds following devices to the device tree.
- GPIO pin assignements, GPIO expansion devices
- LED brinker devices
- Fan controllers
