Hi,

in preparation of getting 64bit HP-UX running in qemu, here are a few fixes
to make HP-UX progress a bit further.

Sven Schnelle (3):
  target/hppa: use gva_offset_mask() everywhere
  target/hppa: mask offset bits in gva
  target/hppa: fix building gva for wide mode
