The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/arm: use macros to define pmd/pud helpers
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-arm-use-macros-to-define-pmd-pud-helpers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

It's already confusing that ARM 2-level v.s.  3-level defines SECT bit
differently on pmd/puds.  Always use a macro which is much clearer.
