The quilt patch titled
     Subject: fs/proc/task_mmu: fix uninitialized variable in pagemap_pmd_range()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-proc-move-page_mapcount-to-fs-proc-internalh-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into fs-proc-move-page_mapcount-to-fs-proc-internalh.patch

The "folio" pointer is tested for NULL, but it's either valid or
uninitialized.  Initialize it to NULL.
