The patch titled
     Subject: mm: allow THP orders for PFNMAPs
has been added to the -mm mm-unstable branch.  Its filename is
     mm-allow-thp-orders-for-pfnmaps.patch

This patch will shortly appear at
     https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/25-new.git/tree/patches/mm-allow-thp-orders-for-pfnmaps.patch

This patch will later appear in the mm-unstable branch at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

This enables PFNMAPs to be mapped at either pmd/pud layers.  Generalize the
dax case into vma_is_special_huge() so as to cover both.  Meanwhile, rename
the macro to THP_ORDERS_ALL_SPECIAL.
