The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_alloc: fix build with CONFIG_UNACCEPTED_MEMORY=n
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-fix-build-with-config_unaccepted_memory=n.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

When has_unaccepted_memory() is unused, it prevents kernel builds
with clang, `make W=1` and CONFIG_WERROR=y:

Fix it by removeing the CONFIG_UNACCEPTED_MEMORY=n stub.
